This extension and refurbishment was undertaken in this operational care home in Barnes. The scheme included the upgrade and extension of the existing communal facilities and the internal altercation to form three new sheltered units. The works were undertaken in two phases to limit the impact on the operational use of the facility.
This site was originally a car park and our client has recently secured planning to develop the site into three executive luxury houses. The site is compact and is restricted of space so the efficient planning and delivery of materials will be necessary to enable us to deliver this prestigious scheme on time and budget.
