This former Red Cross building was demolished to provide three new luxury detached family homes close to Fleet High Street. The site is in a busy residential area with some substantial trees that needed to be retained as part of the planning permission which made site access and the structural fabric of the building challenging. These luxury houses were built to a high specification for our client to sell onto the open market.
