The project involves the design and build of six one and two-bed apartments, plus the conversion of an existing apartment. The site originally had a mews office development and had restricted access adjoining The Avalon pub. Again this challenging scheme was conquered by our innovative site staff who installed conveyors through the access way to ensure the program can be achieved and materials can be maneuvered into the site working area.
