Following the agreement and realisation of how unique and incredible our approach is to our schemes has become. We have really seen our “proven process” flourish and become a huge sales point for the business.
Early advice>Enable purchase> Design> Construct >After care.
We are spending more time visiting schemes with our current, but also new clients, before purchase to give our experienced opinion on the good, the bad and commercial risks that may be present. This is enabling our clients to not only be more competitive with their bid but have clear site of build budget.
Once purchased our concept to keys approach takes over. We employ the full design team and co ordinate all elements of design, from planning to stage 3. Surveys reports that may be required. Then stage 4, 5 and as built drawings with VE and new concepts along the way.
We then tender, build and deliver a well designed and incredibly managed scheme that beats our clients expectations.
Once finished we manage the defects and snagging period to protect our clients reputation and support sales.
