Ten months ago, we shared the very first introduction to one of our nine projects, our Egham site. Back then, construction was in its earliest stages, with the groundworks just wrapping up. Being a timber-frame build, we were able to get the structure up quickly, allowing us to move inside sooner.
This project hasn’t been without its challenges; from design coordination and utility connections to strategy changes and the usual construction hurdles. Each one has taught us valuable lessons and made us stronger as a team.
Now, fast forward 10 months, and we’re in the final stretch, closing in on completion! We’re incredibly proud of the high-quality development we’ve created here. Thank you Grove team!
