Over the past 9 months the senior leadership team have been working hard to understand GROVE CONSTRUCTION (LONDON) LIMITED why, our what, our values and where we are going. All with the help of our amazing implementor Adrian Lomas.
Two weeks ago Sam Nicholson and James Corcoran (our visionary) lifted the curtain on all this, to the full Grove team. Linking to dots of months of level 10 meetings and the terminology we have embraced through the EOS Worldwide systems.
There were two main objectives. Make the journey clear and make everyone in the room know it can’t happen without them. This was not only achieved, but the excitement and buy in from the team has been incredible.
This is just the start of the Grove journey and we cant wait to share it all on this platform.
