Our project in Hove has come a long way since we first introduced it nine months ago.
This site had to be resequenced a few times for various reasons, but by holding weekly project meetings and regular subcontractor catch-ups, we’ve been able to identify what’s causing delays, push ahead on different elements where possible, and make sure we don’t miss opportunities for those all-important small wins.
The end of a project is always worth celebrating, but what often gets overlooked is the constant planning, flexibility, and patience it takes from everyone involved to work together towards a shared goal.
It’s all hands on deck as we push for Practical Completion later this year, and we’ve never had more faith in the incredible team we have to achieve it. Thank you, Grove team! 👏
