Not every good business conversation needs a boardroom.
It’s been a long hot summer finished of with a brilliant day at Wentworth, kindly hosted by Paul Hamilton with a small group from across the property and construction world.
Twelve people, different businesses, and plenty of good conversation in between watching some fairly decent golf. That’s what good networking should be. Not collecting business cards or trying to sell something to everyone you meet. Just spending time with good people, exchanging ideas, making new connections and strengthening old ones.
Great to catch up with familiar faces, meet a few new ones, and spend the day somewhere slightly better than the office. Although judging by the photos, Adrian Fisher and I may have taken the hospitality a little too seriously. 🍦😂
