Grove were appointed to convert the existing floors of this prominent office building in central Woking and construct additional space with car park in-fills and extensions to provide 41 new affordable apartments in the heart of the town. The scheme included innovative LED smart screens in the bedrooms which provide additional natural light to the internal rooms.
