The existing site required an extension to provide additional operational space to accommodate the expansion of the charity. This project was undertaken over two phases and within a live operational building and has enabled the charity to deliver more care to the community.
Complex construction of a new, 2-storey 1400 sq. ft. steel-framed extension to the existing single-story community building. The structure was designed to provide a cantilevered steel frame to avoid any additional loadings being imposed on the existing structure and foundations. The scheme also included an internal passenger lift to service the new extension.
Conversion of a dilapidated listed building to provide a pub and restaurant with 8 residential letting rooms above the property.
Conversion and refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed pub in Liverpool Street, London. The project involved converting the habitable space above the pub into seven dormitories for hostel accommodation, refurbishing the bar and the WC’s.

Grove secured a significant contract in King Edward Court shopping centre in Windsor. These works consisted of stripping out existing retail units and replacing all of the windows to the flats in the vicinity of the shopping complex, plus refurbishing the main toilet block within the shopping centre.
