New Year EOS Quarterly Review

There’s something powerful about getting everyone in one room, with different roles, different sites, and priorities set in one shared direction.

 

We reviewed last quarter’s wins and lessons. We reset our priorities where needed, and we set SMART rocks for the next 90 days across all departments and sites.

 

It’s a simple discipline, but it really works to create alignment, accountability, and forward momentum into 2026.

 

And it was great to see the level of engagement across the business, strong collaboration, fresh thinking, and real ownership of what we’re aiming to deliver.
