This complex project involved the construction of a new 2 storey 1400 sq. ft. steel framed extension to the existing single story community building. The structure was designed to provide a cantilevered steel frame to avoid any additional loadings being imposed on the existing structure and foundations. The scheme also included an internal passenger lift to service the new extension.
