This design and build project produced a private residential development of 23 apartments. The project demanded out full design and construction experience to overcome the complexities of the site. We constructed the apartments using a timber frame to accelerate the programming to enable our client to release the units for sale in time for the spring market. The scheme was successfully delivered, achieving all NHBC warranties.
