Change of use of existing 4400sq ft. office building into 6 luxurious apartments with a complete strip out back to the existing shell and upgrading the building in line with latest building regulations. The scheme included the construction of a mezzanine split level penthouse apartment in the existing roof structure with bespoke glazed balconies.
