Overview :
The project involves the design and build of six new apartments and the conversion of an existing apartment. The site originally had a mews office development and had restricted access adjoining The Avalon pub. Again this challenging scheme has been conquered by our innovative site staff who have installed conveyors through the access way to ensure the program can be achieved and materials can be manoeuvred into the site working area. The scheme was completed in Oct 2017 and provided a mix of one and two-bed apartments.
