This prominent office building in central Woking has been purchased by our client and Grove have been appointed to convert the existing floor and construct additional space with car park in-fills and extensions to provide 41 new affordable apartments in the heart of the town. The scheme includes innovative LED smart screens in the bedrooms which provide additional natural light to the internal rooms. These units are due for Completion Jan 2019.
