This exclusive development of 39 1-bed apartments located in the centre of Hemel Hempstead. Grove were appointed to undertake a design and build package and convert the existing office unit and install new mezzanine floors to provide necessary affordable living in the area. The scheme includes innovative LED smart screen in bedrooms and provides additional natural light in the internal rooms. These units were completed on time in August 2018.
