Overview :
Grove has recently completed the successful conversion and refurbishment of a grade 2 listed pub in Liverpool Street, London. The project involved converting the habitable space above the pub into seven dormitories. Our client provides affordable hostel accommodation for people visiting London. The project was undertaken with the pub still in operation and required us to undertake elements of works to avoid disruption. This involved refurbishing the bar and refurbishing the functioning WC's. Our team managed to complete these complicated activities while maintaining a strong relationship with our client.
